At Prointer, a company specialising in HVAC engineering, industrial air conditioning and energy efficiency, we are firmly committed to the development of the professionals who will lead the future of our sector. For this reason, in recent weeks we have participated in two key meetings focused on the connection between business and technical training.

 

Prointer promotes young talent in the HVAC sector

Presence at the Job Fair of the Higher Polytechnic School of the University of Alicante

During the fair organised by the Higher Polytechnic School (EPS) of the University of Alicante in November 2025, we were able to talk to students from degrees such as Computer Engineering, Multimedia Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Architecture or Civil Engineering, among others.

We bring all of them closer to the reality of companies dedicated to industrial air conditioning, HVAC installations and engineering projects, as well as the most demanded professional profiles in the sector.

One of the key messages we shared was the importance of transversal skills:

• Attitude

• Involvement

• orientación al cliente

• capacidad de aprendizaje

• capacidad resolutiva

Los conocimientos técnicos se adquieren; la actitud es una elección. Y en un sector en constante evolución, es un factor decisivo para crecer y destacar profesionalmente.

Sesión en FEMPA sobre oportunidades laborales en instalaciones HVAC

También tuvimos la oportunidad de impartir una charla a los alumnos de Comercio y  también alumnos talleres profesionales de FEMPA, donde analizamos la situación actual del mercado laboral en el ámbito de las instalaciones industriales, climatización y eficiencia energética.

Durante la sesión tratamos temas como:

• la creciente demanda de técnicos y perfiles especializados en HVAC

• las competencias más valoradas por las empresas

• la evolución de la tecnología en climatización

• las oportunidades reales de crecimiento dentro del sector.

Again, we highlight that combining technical knowledge with attitude and interpersonal skills is the key to developing a solid and sustainable career.
