Compensation and Benefits (Pay Transparency)

At Prointer we clearly reward technical and economic management skills:

• Fixed salary: Salary range between €25,000 and €32,000 gross/year, depending on experience, skills and technical training provided.

• Variable Remuneration: Bonus system for objectives and results of the works managed, applicable from the first year. This incentive scheme is designed so that, depending on the success and profitability of the projects you lead, the total annual remuneration can reach €45,000 gross

• Work-life balance: Friday afternoons are for you with intensive outing.

• Equipment: Company vehicle, fuel card, mobile phone and laptop are provided.

• Health: Private health insurance from 6 months of seniority in the company.

Your Mission on the Team

The day-to-day work as a Site Manager at Prointer will include the following tasks:

• Comprehensive Control: Planning, execution and rigorous economic control of the works.

• Coordination: Technical management and management of own and subcontracted teams from inception to final delivery.

• Technical Management: Preparation of budgets, technical studies and contractual monitoring.

What are we looking for in you?

• Education: Industrial Engineering (ESSENTIAL). Architecture or other engineering degrees will be valued if similar experience in our sector or related is provided.

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in construction management or similar.

• Key Differentiator: We would highly appreciate that you provide information on real projects in which you have participated and the results obtained.

• Skills: Demonstrable ability to lead and coordinate teams, as well as to prioritize tasks.

• Mobility: It is essential to have a driving license.
