Prointer participates in the XXVIII Employment Conference of the UMH as a benchmark company

On April 3rd, Prointer was invited to participate in the XXVIII Employment Conference organized by the Miguel Hernández University of Elche (UMH), through the Occupational Observatory and the Higher Polytechnic School of Elche (EPSE).

Our General Manager, Mª del Mar Vega, was one of the featured speakers at the business table, sharing space with representatives of companies of great projection such as NTT Data and Avincis. During his speech, he gave the students an inspiring vision of “Responsible Engineering”, addressing how engineering is being redefined in the era of Industry 4.0, and how new technologies (AI, automation, robotics, connectivity…) are leading the way to transformation.

En su exposición, Mª del Mar resaltó la importancia de convertir cada proyecto en un referente, de la integración de valores como la innovación sostenible y el compromiso social, así como de la necesidad de que los ingenieros adopten una actitud proactiva ante los retos futuros. También puso en valor el papel del talento joven y las cualidades clave que busca el sector: flexibilidad, compromiso, curiosidad, actitud y capacidad de análisis, entre otras.

Prointer, con más de 30 años de experiencia y proyectos singulares en sectores innovadores como data centers, salas indoor para la producción de  cannabis medicinal, o granjas de insectos, reafirma así su apuesta por el desarrollo del talento joven y por una ingeniería que genere un impacto positivo en la sociedad.
