The DomusVi Santa Pola residence for the elderly has facilities equipped and adapted to the needs of the elderly, in order to provide them with maximum comfort and well-being.

In addition, it has large interior spaces distributed in independent cohabitation units that guarantee personalized care to each of the residents.

This residential center for the elderly is specialized in the care of Alzheimer’s and other dementias and in convalescence and rehabilitation care. It also has a psychogeriatrics and behavioural disorders unit, and gerontological care.

DomusVi Santa Pola also has a day centre, with 30 places, as well as 19 places in a single room and 134 places in a double room.

In this reform the following is executed:

• replacement of the existing VRV climate circuit, also replacing the refrigeration pipes and integrating the new installation into the existing control system
• replacement of DHW accumulators due to leak history (repeat offenders), with corresponding cathodic protection, including the adaptation of pipes.
