During the month of September 2024, the Alicante-based firm has inaugurated its new space. Prointer has participated in the design and execution of all the thermal installations at the new headquarters in Hoff. This new headquarters responds to the growth and expansion process of the brand founded by Fran Marchena.

Hoff was founded in 2017, currently has more than 60 own stores around the world and is on track for a turnover of 100 million euros that has been set for the year 2025.

Prointer has participated in Hoff’s new headquarters in Elche by implementing a state-of-the-art air conditioning, ventilation and DHW system, ensuring the health of users and with the highest environmental standards that Fran Marchena shows off with his example.

We are talking about an area of more than 1,000 square meters, in which the spaces have been designed by the renowned Valencian creative and design studio Culdesac, a regular collaborator of Bershka, Tous, Wow Serrano in Madrid, and as well as the brand identity and commercial spaces of Hoff itself, the interior of the new headquarters of the Elche fashion and footwear firm is characterized by the conception of versatile and fluid spaces

En esta nueva sede central,  se han  ha ideado unas oficinas que se descubren como un único espacio fluido, construido en hormigón visto e  instalaciones a la vista. Prointer ha participado en la nueva sede central de Hoff en el diseño y ejecución de estas instalaciones basadas en sistemas VRV, con recuperadores con sondas de CO2 integradas para conseguir una ventilación adaptada a las necesidades, mejorando el bienestar de los usuarios y optimizando la eficiencia energética. Además gracias al sistema windfree, el aire en reposo se mueve a baja velocidad, favoreciendo que no se generen corrientes de aire favoreciendo un elevado grado de confort.
