At Prointer we are in luck. The magazine Climatización y Confort, a benchmark in the sector, has dedicated a space to our founder, Simón Aledo, within its section Installers with his own name. An interview that covers his professional career and reviews some of the milestones that have marked the history of our company.

From his first steps in the industrial and business world, Simón knew that his true vocation was in the facilities. That passion led him to found Prointer in 1993, in a context that was not easy for entrepreneurship. With effort, enthusiasm and commitment, what began in a small premises in Elche became a solid company, with its own headquarters in the Torrellano Business Park and with projects that endorse our experience and specialization.

Among these milestones is the air conditioning of the Auditorium Theater of Cuenca, where Prointer proposed an innovative solution that marked a before and after for the team. It was the beginning of a trajectory in which innovation, quality and the trust of our customers have been constant.

In the interview, Simón Aledo also reflects on the evolution of the sector in the last three decades: from the incorporation of new technologies and regulations, to the growing importance of sustainability, energy efficiency and digitalisation. It also highlights a fundamental challenge: to attract and train new professionals to ensure the future of the facility, betting on Dual Vocational Training, continuous training and collaboration with universities and associations.
